Working with extra space was amazing. Customer service is top notch. Every time I’ve talked to someone it has been absolutely fantastic. Very secure grounds. Easy to access. Unit was very clean and secure and so many size options to choose from. Locks were very sturdy. The only reason for the 4 star over 5 is that they consider temperature controlled to be between 40 degrees and 90 degrees, which seems like a crazy range when it should be like 60-80. In March when we started there with a great special rate it was around 70 most days. By August when we went to unload it was 90 degrees in the unit and miserable loading the trailer. We got the intro rate for 6 months which was perfect for us and much longer than we expected based on the contract.
