Magnificent customer service!! Given our uniqie circumstance of being located in VA, the staff went out of their way to help with our elderly parent's moving and storage needs.. Highly recommend this specific location on Cyrus Lane, West Jordan - Customer Service is incomparable!

Amazing customer service and time efficient! 08/30/25, I came in worried because I didn’t know anything about storage and have never rented space before, told him what I needed to store to give him an idea of the size I needed; we checked out a unit then went over the price breakdown.
