This is the best customer service I’ve ever received. I had an emergency vacate from my house, from when that happened months ago, to closing out my unit this month- the customer service has been impeccable. During a very stressful time Ken has made my life easier. His kindness is greatly appreciated. Also, this location is very quiet and clean which I like. I will remain loyal to Extra Space Storage over other service providers due to their impeccable customer service. I was previously at Public Storage across the street but this is so much better.
