I’ve been renting storage at Extra Space Storage for over three years, and I can confidently say that their customer service is what truly makes the experience stand out. When I first started renting, I was employed and everything was smooth. However, life took a turn, and I found myself needing to downsize my living space. Throughout this challenging time, Extra Space Storage has been incredibly supportive. Even though I’ve worked with three different staff members over the years—some who were promoted and moved on—the level of service never wavered. Each new person was just as kind and helpful as the last. What this location lacks in appearance, it more than makes up for in heartfelt value and customer appreciation. I want to give a special shout-out to Rosa at the General Way branch. This was my first time working with her, and when I explained my payment struggles, she quickly came up with a plan that has truly helped me in the long run. Her solution and understanding made a huge difference. Lastly, I have to mention Keshawn. She went above and beyond by getting up from her seat, even in cold weather, just to check if I needed help. Her dedication to making sure I felt taken care of, combined with her warmth and compassion, really made me feel valued as a customer. Keshawn exemplifies customer service with integrity and heart. Extra Space Storage has made a difficult period in my life a lot easier, and I truly appreciate the amazing staff that make all the difference.
