It is a storage facility. They got that part right. However, the price increases are outrageous and the building is hardly my idea of "climate controlled". Shop around for a lower price that lasts. Do you really need all your excess stuff? Do you have a friend or relative with a basement? Choose wisely. Extra space will bleed you dry. Their customer service is trash. Do not recommend! Avoid. I hate this company.
