Great and affordable storage. Easy access and use. The app to open the unit was convenient.

I have used extra space storage for almost 2 years and have had nothing but quality service for questions that needed to be answered. The app is very convenient to use for access or paying the bill. I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of storage needs to contact them. Whether you need small or larger temp controlled space, they will accommodate.

I like renting my storage unit from ExtraSpace Storage at the Forest location for convenience and the secure facilities they have. Also, I have worked with Nicole at ExtraSpace Storage now on several different occasions and she is always professional and pleasant to deal with. Nicole makes the difference in this facility verses renting at other locations. I have always realized that the people make the biggest l difference in any business. I had a concern regarding my unit rental and Nicole took my call during her lunch break and was willing to help me. I told her that I would call back after her lunch hour, but she returned my call when her break was over, even before I could call her back. She addressed my issue and thanked me for being a loyal customer. I don’t normally receive that kind of customer service anymore from other businesses. I want to thank Nicole again for her work and professionalism. I would definitely recommend ExtraSpace Storage, if you need a storage unit. I would, even more so, recommend dealing with Nicole if you decide to rent there. Thank you very much Nicole and please continue to take care of your customers! Great Job!

The company changed a few months after I started using them and I was never notified of these changes. I went to make my monthly payment and couldn’t log in. I had to do a google search to find out the name of the new company. Once I found it, registered for an account and made my payment, I was asked to come by and sign some paperwork. When I went by to sign the paperwork, I was told by a very abrasive man that I had to put a card on file which was not a requirement with the old company. Thankfully, the sweet lady that was also working that day informed me that it was not required. With the old company I had 24 hour access to my unit. The new company changed our access to set times. The last and final straw for me was the increase in the monthly fee which I already thought was high in comparison to other storage facilities. I found another place that was bigger and less than half the price and moved out. The only pro that I can list for this place is the proximity to my house but that is all and not that important.
