The manager, Ian, welcomed me with warmth and kindness and offered to give me a tour to my two units and to personally show me how to use the locks for them for when I move my stuff in. For a phone call conversation to go so well and his customer service to be so outstanding and not even in person yet, I am very pleased and satisfied with the service I received so far as a new customer and looking forward to the tour and moving in next week. Thank you!

This is our second year using this Extra Space Storage for our daughter’s dorm room items that we’re not needed over the summer. I was concerned that a year on it would have become dirty and worn, it was as clean and pristine as it was when it opened. Chip, the manager on duty could not have been more helpful in getting us settled in and answering all of my questions.
