Corbin accommodated me according to my physical walking limitations. I was shown two storage units; 8×15 is exactly the size I need. This is my 2nd time renting from Extra space storage. I found a good price for the size bin I needed at a convenient location. I called and spoke with Corbin due to the sales person at the location I was looking for was off today. I was having some problems with the online process which had to be done in order to get the best rate. Corbin was very helpful, patient, and, knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process. Corbin definitely is an exceptional customer service specialist and I was very fortunate to have gotten the special assistance that I needed. He did an excellent job!! 6******. WDD
