I'm a seasoned old ghal with quite limited physical mobility & finances. I grew up in a era of politeness and good old simple kindness The recent age of minimal to no human interaction seems to have trampled word a mouth leaving an introverted loner like myself at major loss - I needed a smaller unit but have no strength nor knowledge of manpower for a less costly smaller storage unit. Monica accepted my payment AS WELL AS MY CONCERN WITH GRACIOUS PROFESSIONAL COURTESY, PASSED MY CONCERN TO MANAGEMENT AND KRISTIE PROMPTLY LET ME KNOW AND FEEL AS A VALUED CLIENT BY MAKING ADJUSTMENTS to quell my taxed budget concerns.
