I've used Extra Space Storage for over a year with another unit, but my experience working with Kristie at this location has been on a completely different level. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Since I was coordinating everything from out of town, I expected the process to be stressful, but Christy made it incredibly easy. She took the time to help me choose the right unit, clearly explained my options, and made the entire rental process seamless. One thing I especially appreciated was her voicemails, they were always concise, descriptive, and made it easy to know exactly what my next step was to secure my unit. That level of communication is rare and made a huge difference. The facility also offers plenty of unit options, and the pricing was straightforward and easy to understand with no surprises. Between the excellent customer service and the smooth process and helped me hold the unit and meet with my father in law too. I honestly wouldn't choose any other storage facility. Kristie has been on top of everything from day one, and it's clear she genuinely cares about providing a great customer experience. She made what could have been a difficult long-distance process feel effortless. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Extra Space Storage, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Kristie!
