Michael Nellis helped me get situated in my unit. He offered to show me around and ensured that I knew how to use the virtual key access. The units were very well maintained and cleaned! Always friendly staff available when visiting during normal hours. I would glad rent at this location again and again! Great job, team!

If you need any kind of storage, this is your place. I always store my dorm stuff over the summer, and I’ve had bad experiences with other places around Lynchburg. When we came to the office at Extra Space Storage, Michael Nellis helped us SO MUCH. He answered all of our random questions like a pro, made the account set up so easy, and helped us every step of the way. He even remembered us when we came back. He is a rock star and will help you out in every way. This isn’t even mentioning how nice the actual units are. The elevators are spacious, the lights always work and are motion activated, the Bluetooth locks are super convenient. If you ever need storage in Lynchburg, drive past all the other places and go straight here! And ask for Michael Nellis! He’ll get you sorted out at a great rate and make it super easy!
