We've been renting a unit on a promotional rate for about a year now. We've been very satisfied. Recently it appears that someone may have moved into our building who is storing food. So we've recently had problem with mice. The manager Nicole spoke with me at length today about how we can work together to get the situation taken care of through the proper channels. It was really great to get all of the information that I needed and know that the situation was being taken care of to protect our belongings.

The facilities are clean, the staff is great, so my review is actually about my fellow storage unit users. Stop stealing the hand carts. Old ladies like me are forced to carry large boxes of heavy things and furniture because you couldn’t follow a simple direction: return the hand cards for everybody’s use. That’s just rotten and you should be ashamed of yourselves!
