2.5/5 stars. Price tripling from $60s to $180s in 3 years for a 5x10 unit is my biggest complaint. I get it’s a promotion price to get you in the door but still a tough increase bare. I saw two mice and found mouse poop in our unit when moving outs, but other than this the place seems clean. The security system and their app are easy and convenient to use. Facility could use a few more moving carts since they’d all be taken already on busy days. Hand trucks would’ve been helpful to have around, maybe you have to ask for those.

I was able to secure a unit on a Sunday! The office was closed but I spoke with the call center which he was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to move everything in that day. On Monday I received a phone call from the facility manager verifying if everything went well with our move in and if I had any questions. The facility is secured and very clean.
