Nobody in the office knows what they are doing! I saw a deal where it was a 10x25 for 118 if u lock in for 6 months. I call my husband and tell him so he calls and they said that was a scam and not real. He then pays a lot more for a much smaller unit. I call and talked to someone else who said it was very much real and so then I rented in my name. They were supposed to refund the money. I signed all the documents and wasn’t told I had to be the one with my id to acres the unit even though it’s my husband who was moving the stuff while I was working. He then got a call from Sandra the manager who said it had to be in his name. We then again changed it to his name. She said the other person never started the rerun and she would. That also turned out to be a lie. He shower up with the U-Haul truck earlier the next day and sat there for over 4 hours bc they then said it was in my name and I need to sign documents which I already did and would let him in. At that point his help had to leave and he had to rent the truck and movers for yet another day. He sat there and they said they would email me the documents to sign again and they still never sent them. God awful people to deal with where it seems nobody has their mess together there whatsoever. Do not recommend at all!!!
