Heading to college this year and was in search for a small storage unit. I seen so many good reviews about Extra Space Storage. So I gave it a try! Erica was super friendly and she’s all about customer service. Erica was super informative and made the process very easy. An update to my last not so good post months ago. The security gate has been fixed and pest control is be resolved! The facility is very clean. Yesterday I drove in at 5:29pm, literally 1 min before closing and had questions regarding upgrading to larger unit. This incredibly nice woman named Deionn had a great attitude, very knowledgeable about pricing and sizes of unit. Within 15min I walked out of there with a new larger unit! She was the most helped customer service I have seen in months around the VB area. What a blessing she was to stay late without complaints and help us out! Thanks
