My cell bars was at 5 % I needed to make that payment!!! Your text message saved me and that customer service agent was excellent!!! They helped me create an account so that I can pay my bill!!! Customer Service is on point! Kim who used to work at the Central Rd location was amazing, super friendly and was a great resource in helping navigate the price gouging that is ridiculous in the storage industry. What I think is terrible about this company is that they do participate in the ridiculous price gouging. I was paying $97 per month then it went to $177 after 3 months. I called and they lowered it by $20. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! I know they say they have no control and corporate base it on supply and demand. My behind you can't do nothing about it. My raises don't increase by 80+%. I understand having an increase but their must be some law, restrictions or guidelines where you can not increase prices by that much. Some people are barely making it and have no solid place to live and they run the risk of losing what little they do have of their life and dignity that's in storage because they can no longer afford it. I surely don't have time, energy or money to storage unit hop to find the best price. I hope the powers that be that sent this survey will listen to the voices of the people who make you so rich. Please stop subscribing to the American way of greed and help us little people keep a little bit more of our money so that we can all prosper together.
