Great storage unit, well kept grounds and very friendly/helpful staff. Had this unit for 5 years. Only reason I closed it is because I moved out of the area. Climate controlled and never had any issues with bugs, etc. Thank you!

I have stored my belongings at this facility for many years through at least three different management companies, and Extra Space Storage is by far the worst when it comes to management and business practices. ?From having to file two separate insurance claims for two different units due to structural water damage—acknowledged by management but never repaired—to severe contaminant issues caused by staff leaving units open for hours each day, this facility has been an absolute nightmare under Extra Space Storage. ?The issues do not stop there. When I rented my current unit in October 2025, the promotional rate was roughly $79.99 plus $11 for required insurance. Since then, I have been subjected to two rate increases. One was expected when the four-month promotional period expired, bringing my rent to $131 (including insurance). However, just this month, I received another notice informing me that as of October 1st, my rate will jump from $131 to $199 per month. ?I rarely write reviews, but when I do, it is to warn others before they make a costly decision. Make no mistake: Extra Space Storage is a predatory company that exploits people's reluctance to move their belongings once they have settled into a facility. ?Even if you understand their four-month promotional period and expect the initial rate increase, be warned that the substantial rate hikes will not stop there. October 1st marks my one-year mark, and in that single year, my rate will have increased by more than $110 a month with no end or cap in sight. ?Structural issues, maintenance requests, pests, and contamination are not only ignored, but your complaints may even be met with skepticism and pushback regarding the validity of your report. This is not isolated to a single location—a look across Extra Space Storage facilities nationwide reveals promotional rates spiking dramatically, in some cases to over $1,000 per month. They count on customer inertia to exploit you financially once you start storing with them. ?I am taking the time to write this because I want to protect others from making the same mistake I made. I strongly urge you to take all of this into consideration and take your business elsewhere.
