The purchase by extra space storage is the worst thing that could happen to this facility. I was given less than ten days notice about the transition. I hadnt received a new rental agreement. I did receive a past due notice on the 10th because the payments weren’t transferred to extra space storage. I was charged a $52 late fee. I paid online two times because the online payment system wasnt working. This is the start of a disaster. I lm going to move my stuff out of here asap
