This is the nicest storage facility I have ever used. Christian and Jason are extremely helpful and nice. They took the time to walk me through the app set up, show me the unit and demonstrated how the lock worked. I purchased online without seeing the unit and was very pleased with my decision to rent with them.

We needed a storage unit closer to our house. We were previously at Daffodil Storage in Graham. They're great but they were just too far away. Between the location, the price, and the excellent service from Christian, Extra Space Storage in Bonney Lake has been a dream. Very nice facility. Very clean. It IS brand new so we'll see if they can maintain but I don't see it being a problem. Access is super easy to figure out, they provide a lock, they offer insurance coverage, and like I said, you can't beat the service. Christian in the office is wonderful. Super helpful, proactive, and just all around very nice.

Just got a new unit this week, staff is very friendly and welcoming. The app makes access to gates and bays very easy. The location in Bonney is very easy to get to. Units are spotless and spacious. Very happy with our decision to go with Extra Space.
