This is a good storage unit facility. I had an outdoor unit for about a year and I never had any issues. The facility is secure and clean and the staff were always very helpful.

1 star - reserving the unit was easy online app. Even before they changed their name, it was still easy to log on and view my profile. 2 star - visiting the facilities was a little of an issue because of the hours of operations. Had all the paperwork they needed to get my unit, to start using it and lock it up, but i will still rate it a star 3 star - automatic payment process monthly - LOVE IT! Didnt like the price hike, but i was able to negotiate a little. 4 star - havent had an issues with my storage unit 5 star - closing my account was fast and easy and the office was awesome! mahalo/thank you Christian!
