Ernest cunningham Was the agent that was on grounds when I arrived yesterday. I came up from Oregon to check on my storage .I had brought the keys that my her daughter had given me stating that these were the keys.Unfortunately none of the three worked. I went to the office and saw the note that said that he was on the grounds and found Ernest. He was Cheerful he was polite and he was very very helpful. His customer service is outstanding and his personality.And wit was right on. Thank you Ernest for making a hard day better.. It's very rare nowadays to find good customer service and he is top notch.

After more than 5 years out of the country, we came to look at our storage unit today, and we're amazed! Everything was perfect, no evidence of any insects, rodents, or "human" presence - what a relief! This facility is the best one we've ever seen, ANYWHERE!
