This is hands down the best experience with a storage facility. I needed a storage until for my daughter's dorm room as well as her car while she was going to study abroad. I looked everywhere for a place that could accommodate it all, including her 4Runner. I'm out of state so I needed to manage this from 1,000 miles away. From the first time I called, I had excellent customer service. They took many calls from me (sorry) answering all my questions. But the real hero is Natalie who manages the Spokane location. She has been the person helping me with insurance, payment, and all other questions. She helped my daughter with her move in and even called me to let me know how it was going. I never expected such amazing customer service when getting a storage unit. She obviously cares about her customers and I'm thrilled to know I can count on her in the future.

Always have found it clean. The gate always closed and responds to my individual code without issue. Closed circuit surveillance. I’m pleased with my experience this far and plan to continue.
