Yesterday I went in to change e to a different unit and they were so great to work with, they gave me a new spot quickly and I was able to move right away! There was nothing wrong with my old unit, I just needed a first floor and they were so accommodating, they made things so effortless for me. A huge shout out to them - I so highly recommend this facility!

My belongings were safe and inside a climate controlled building, so there were no worries of my things freezing or melting. It was also very comfortable to get things in and out of the locker while inside a building. My only complaint was the cost. The raises in cost were huge, and almost reached $400/month, which is way too much for a storage locker. $400 is more than half my mortgage payment!!!

I used Extra Space Storage for myself years ago and now find myself needing storage for my mom's things. I decided to try Extra Space again and am I glad I did. Fabulous experience. So easy to do on line and then the call back to make sure I had everything I needed was wonderful - even though I ended up having to switch units. ??
