The employees at Franklin our first rate especially West Brown. He's helped me numerous times unfortunately repairs on the facility are not under his control. The overhead door to drive into the climate controlled facility has been broken for a long time. You're supposed to be able to drive in especially old people like me. The company is taking their grand old time fixing anything on the site. There was a hole in the security fence that clearly was hit by a truck allowing a gaping hole for anybody to walk through for over a year! This doesn't bode well for security outside the building.

We are privileged to have met your expectations and provide perks that work for you. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
