They get you with the intro rate and then raise it every renewal. Each year, my unit rate has doubled. I do not believe it is properly temperature controlled based on mold findings in my previous unit. The only elevator in the facility was broken for many days, something to consider if you have a unit on the upper level. On a positive note, Dustin is so helpful! I do not need a response saying to call the number; I understand the business model well. I live out of state and will not be using Extra Space Storage anywhere else based on my experience at the Mequon location.
