I called in with a small issue and spoke with Fran. She listened to my concern, although her answer was not what I wanted to hear , she was very courteous , knowledgeable , respectful and kind . After talking to her I wasn’t even upset about my issue anymore. LOL She went the extra mile to make me feel like a valued customer, being that we been at that location for over 10 years.
