They stored our household contents for about 1 1/2 years while we looked for a new house (far from Milwaukee). The facility is modern and clean. The manager, Dustin, was a pleasure to work with and really went above and beyond in helping us find the most favorable arrangements. The price initially was lower than at any other storage facility in the area, though it slowly increased over time and I don't know what new renters are paying. If their prices have remained competitive, I don't see how you could do much better.
