I was very impressed by the fact that it was a Saturday night and I needed - NEEDED - a unit Sunday morning, and they had it ready. I went online. I ordered it. They said it would be ready in the morning and when I went to check, it was ready, and I was impressed. The only reason for the absent star is because there was a support column running through the middle of the unit. The fact that they didn't indicate that on line was slimy. typically in person, they show the unit. now days it's all getting moved to online and they should indicate something like that, online. When I spoke with them on Monday they did offer me a switch but my stuff was already moved in and I did have a enough space so i left it as is.

Nice storage facility but indoor units temperature and humidity do seem to not be as "controlled" as I was hoping. Very hot and humid in summer months. Not the best for electronics or other items that are vulnerable to corrosion. The staff is very helpful and provides great service. Dustin is especially helpful! Helped me get a larger unit for less than what I was paying.
