I have had an excellent experience with Extra Space Storage in Mequon, and Dustin deserves special recognition. Over the last year, he has gone above and beyond in ways that most people will never see or fully appreciate. He has been consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever I needed anything. My move out this week was completely smooth and stress free, and that is largely because Dustin made sure everything was handled efficiently and correctly. It is rare to find someone who is both competent and truly cares about the customer experience, and he sets a high standard. Highly recommend this location, and especially Dustin.
