I love this place more importantly Kim is so awesome to work with she has exceptional customer service skills she actually walked me through the entire process and made it really simple. I have multiple units and the facility is always clean and it’s easy to access I would highly recommend

Allante was very professional, detailed and very helpful. She is the type of person that we need more of in service fields. A very pleasant face for the brand her customer service is top tier. A stressful task, was made calming and reassuring. She’s gotta be apart of management if not she should be.Her skills for her position is beyond amazing! I said one thing on agreement, and oh boi did she go into detail in such a pleasant manner to ease my concerns fantastic. I was truly impressed, I haven’t had an amazing customer experience in years. Mostly all of my interactions as a customer is pleasant, but requires probing for details etc. This young lady for a first impression was unbelievably great and she had multiple customers at my time of visit. I feel amazing just speaking about my experience! She sold me on referencing this location in my networking circles.

This is my first time renting a storage unit, it has been a few hiccups but nothing major, I have had many conversations with the manager there and this young lady is always helpful, she answers any questions I have and no matter how many I ask lol, storage is area are clean would definitely recommend this place

I had a great experience getting a rental storage unit from Alonte. She made the process easy to understand and she was very professional as well. I would highly recommend this location for services if anyone was looking for a rental storage unit. My price is affordable and the facility itself is very clean and well kept.
