This Extra Space Storage location is ok as long as you don't have to deal with the manager. The climate controlled space is clean and well maintained. We initially had an issue getting into our unit and had to wait 3 hours to have staff from another location let us into our unit. He gave us a credit for the hassle. When we addressed the situation with the manager a few days later, she was rude and unapologetic arguing the site was closed the day we tried to move in, even though it was a regular business day. We asked her about the credit and she said it would be refunded at the end of the rental. Fast forward to the end of the rental. We emptied our unit and they closed our account prior to us asking for them to close it out. We also found out they weren't going to refund our credit saying we could only use that for rental payments (not what we were told six months ago). Again, the manager was rude when she talked to my son on the phone. So, rather than continuing to argue with this manager, I just decided to write this review to let people considering using this place to beware. The manager at this location is not interested in providing even basic customer service.
