I normally do not write reviews and most people only write giving negative feedback but I need to give props to Crystal who works here! Every time I call, she is the one who answers 99% of the time and I must stress the fact that the phone is answered!!! She is quick, friendly and unbelievably helpful! Yes, I could pay my bill online or set up auto pay but I enjoy the few moments, once a month, that I get from talking to someone in customer service who actually cares enough! I could go on with how great my experience is with her but most people don't read these anyway. Crystal (hope I spelled it correctly) thank you so much for all your help and getting my statements sent to my email over the phone which no one else could do...you are wonderful ??
