Our facility has self-storage units ranging in size from 5’x 10’ to 15’x 30’ and large parking stalls, 12’x 40’, for RV and boat storage. We also offer climate-controlled units for sensitive items; our storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your storage needs. We value our customers’ security. Our facility features motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance and a friendly, helpful manager who lives onsite. Our extended gate hours, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., are longer than other storage facilities and allow you to access your belongings when you need them. Our facility offers a unique feature called DocuSign that allows you to sign your rental agreement digitally, an easier and more convenient method. We are also happy to offer an E-Waste Service that allows customers to dispose of outdated computers, phones, TVs and other electronics. For your convenience moving and packing supplies, such as boxes, locks, tape and furniture covers are available for purchase in our main office. This facility has all you need in a storage unit. But in addition it is super clean (don't worry about something dropping on the floor, bugs or your things getting messy) very well lit and even landscaped. It is not in a rough area but none the less feels safe and comfortable. I am at ease going here regularly to access my storage unit. Especially of note are the staff, Kenneth, Angie and Robert, were professional and friendly and helpful and really bent over backword for me.

Employees are professional, friendly, courteous and honest. The entire facility is clean and well maintained. I have two units there currently. The only reason I only gave 4 of 5 for convenience, is because I drive so far to get there, but it is worth it. Great facility!!

I downsized from a storage facility in Roseville because the pricing here was so good! Easy access from West Roseville just off of Antelope Road and Roseville Road. Had a billing issue and manager Summer was able to correct it right away. The facility is always spotless!

Renter - citrus heights

The facility is great and clean, however the management and staff have left a bad taste in my mouth. ALL interactions with them have highlighted their poor customer service skills and frequent absence from the office. Almost every time that I have been there (during normal business hours) the staff has not been available in the office to take payments. My first interaction should have gave me a clue when they canceled my online reservation for the unit and charged me a higher rate. I had already emptied my truck into the unit so I had no choice and the manager claimed that the online deal didn't apply to their location. I will be moving my stuff out as soon as I get a free weekend to do so.

The people in the office have always been really great in solving my concerns and the facility seems to always be clean. The rates are very competetive and I love the website, it makes it really easy to pay the bill without having to come in or mail. Also the location is perfect, easy access in and out onto Roseville.
