Melody has been so helpful to me that I wanted to give her a shout out. Besides being incredibly helpful and professional, she went out of her way to immediately resolve a billiing conflict that I was having. She took pro-active action and made things right. After I thanked Melody, I said, "You made my day!" and I meant it. Her kindness is not something that I take for granted and very rare to find these days.
