Our facility has a wide variety of self-storage units ranging in size from 5’x 5’ to 10’x 70’, some of which are climate-controlled for sensitive items. We also have 20 storage spaces for boats, cars, campers and other vehicles. Our knowledgeable storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your storage needs. Because we value our customers’ security, our facility has motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance and secured gates. We also want to make your move easier so we’ve implemented convenient features like our covered, well lit, large loading docks to help you get in and out of the facility rain or shine. Our extended gate hours, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., are longer than most other storage facilities and allow you to access your belongings when you need them. As part of the community, many of our customers enjoy visiting the picturesque Prospect Hill Park, Riverwalk Park and Charles River. Residents also support the Boston Red Sox who play at Fenway Park just 10 miles from us and the Celtics and Bruins who play at TD Garden just 11 miles away. Directions from the South:
Rt. 95/128 North to Exit 26 (Rt. 20 Weston/Waltham). Follow Route 20 towards Waltham; it is the first exit off of the rotary. Proceed through the first set of lights to the flashing yellow light. Turn left at the flashing yellow light; the sign will say to Rte 117. Follow to the light at the end of the road and turn left. Take next right onto Bear Hill Rd. Extra Space Storage is 3/4 mile on the right.

Directions from the East:
90 (Mass Turnpike) West to: Rt. 95/128 North to Exit 26 (Rt. 20 Weston/Waltham). Follow Route 20 towards Waltham; it is the first exit off of the rotary. Proceed through the first set of lights to the flashing yellow light. Turn left at the flashing yellow light The sigh will say to Rte 117 follow to the light at the end of the road and turn left. Take next right onto Bear Hill Rd. Extra Space Storage is 34/ mile down on the right
