My overall experience at Life Storage was definitely a positive one! I liked the fact that they had very reasonable rates at the time when I started renting my unit from them. The employee who set me up with my unit was very professional and he was very pleasant to work with. He made sure to give a thorough overview their policy.. while at the same time, he was quick but also very efficient. I didn’t feel like I was getting totally ripped off like a couple other Storage companies tried doing. I was very happy with the size of my storage unit for the price I got.. I also feel the need to point out how clean and easy it is to load/unload your vehicle/storage unit. The indoor bays are great for rainy days so you can stay dry! Also the security is tight. They have a great system to ensure that nobody else can get besides those who are authorized to be there. The ONLY issue I had during the entire time I rented from them was when they increased my monthly rate by 100%. I feel as though they should keep the rate the same throughout the rental duration of a single unit. I don’t think it’s fair that they change the rate month to month if u don’t prepay at least 30 days in advance. But that’s my only complaint. And even with the 100% increase, I still feel as though the rate was fairly reasonable in comparison to some other places. I do recommend Life Storage (I think they’re known as Extra Space Storage now) and if a future situation arises in which I need to rent a storage unit, I would absolutely most definitely without a doubt go back and rent from them again! Thank u!

I lost the key for my unit and I came to the office and Kathleen did an amazing job drilling the lock and she took no more than 3 minutes to open the door, she was super helpful and friendly !
