I should have wriiten sooner with my experience with Extra Space Storage staff member that helped me with smooth and easy process of renting a space. Soon as I walked in "LouAnn" greeted me with a relief posture ready to help with what I needed. The whole process took less than 25 minutes and I signed the contract without any hesistation because I knew what I wanted and LouAnn provided me with what I was looking for. VERY SIMPLE AND HAPPY PROCESS. Prior to visiting at Extra Space Storage, I had visited "Plus Storage" at Fullerton Rd (Springfield, Va), I had a very very bad experience with those people and I urge anybody not to experience what I went thru unless anybody wants to . . .
