The facility itself is very clean and easily accessible. The only downside that I have experienced so far, is they say they are "climate controlled" but it is hot inside the storage facility and I'm on the 1st floor. I could only imagine how hot it must be on the higher floors.

2025: Gabby was so much help! she was able to answer all my questions regarding my transfer! 2026- i just wanted to edit to add that today was my last day renting w extra space storage and Megan , through out my whole contract has been the best with customer service and just with a great attitude. i always see her working and helping others. She’s helped me countless of times and there’s no doubt that shes the one that keeps this location safe and clean!
