I’ve been storing my items here for several months and I’ve had no issues. However, today I asked the front desk associate if they could keep an eye on my car while I ran up to my unit real quick. I had my dog in the car with the AC on and it was right in front of the desk. The dude had the biggest smile on his face could not wait to say no said something about he would be held liable so rude ended up leaving didn’t get to grab what I needed. I will not be renewing my lease here. Pretty much asked him to do nothing and he said no with the biggest smile I’ve ever seen on a grown man’s face. Eat to ear excited as could be. I hope this policy was worth losing a long-term customer.
