This facility must be under new management because my experience has been completely different from when I rented here nine years ago. Back then, the service was excellent. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I was charged more than the rate stated in my rental agreement without ever receiving notice of a rate increase. When I called to discuss the issue, the staff member I spoke with was rude, hung up on me during the conversation, and then refused to answer when I called back. When I requested assistance or a rate adjustment, I was told that if I didn’t like the increase, I could simply move my belongings out. To make matters worse, my credit card was charged despite my concerns and attempts to resolve the matter. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and failure to communicate rate changes have left me very dissatisfied. I would not recommend this facility based on my recent experience
