I’ve used this facility for three years, paying almost $500 a month. All of my fabrics items were covered or wrapped. I picked up my belongings this past weekend and my items are COVERED in mold. I was told I had a climate controlled unit (you also have to go inside a building to get to my unit), turns out I don’t and there is nothing they can do in regards to my items being destroyed.

Tammy R. (Store manager) was very pleasant from the moment I walked in. The office cleanliness was immaculate as well as the grounds and storage unit that I rented. I went in a Saturday and although it was a little busy with renters loading/downloading items in vehicles, they all were spaced out enough for the golf cart we were on to get through with no issues. Tammy was very professional and knowledgeable about all of the units/prices available. The location is very easy to get to with adequate parking available. I highly recommend!
