Easy to drive to right off the freeway. Quick access in and out. Most times it’s never crowded and I can get in and out very easily. They have very nice hand carts to load your stuff on and just wheel it. Theres also a lady there they just hired I think she’s bright bubbly and fun! Always a welcoming environment in the office when you need assistance with your unit or even THEY HAVE BOXES AND MOVING SUPPLIES!!! Organize your unit. Yes box prices everywhere are expensive! But these boxes are very thick and nice. I will say the tape is worth it not too thin but durable and flexible also this is cheaper than Walgreens, jewel and better value than the dollar store!.

*********BUSINESS OWNERS********************As a business owner is nice to have an extension of my business space. If you get a unit in the drive-thru aisles on both sides, I believe they all have electricity (meaning outlets to plug into. They also have WiFi there so you can do basic and mean basic business needs and operations there.) For example extra inventory, computer charging, and access to light weight devices for inventory management. Are you working on your car here? NO LOL are you using heavy machinery NO. Just a small extension for coming and dropping off tools, ladders, and like I do extra space for inventory management, DROP SHIPPING. You can also have mail come here and deliveries!!! TOM is great with helping out put item in my unit when I’m not there and accepting packages for my business. Having a unit in the drive isle is expensive for non-businesses but it’s a deal vs leaving extended industrial space but you also you can choose other units in the big building and still be able to access the drive-up feature even if it’s on the 2nd floor. But remember not outlets in the rest of the units. (Part of why those first row units are expensive hello, ok.) I like doing business here so far and the convenience and customer service is above and beyond. Thanks Extra Storage Space Wauconda.
