When I say I love it here I really do baby!!!!! Ryan Robinson does wonders he’s Amazing assistant, Store manager make sure all his customers, as well taken care of and all are needs that can be met, to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of promote him to manager ASAP

The reps were friendly and helpful! They made the process of signing up easy and straight forward. I wish the company allowed us to rent units more than a week in advance, but other than that it was a great experience.

It was a little difficult using my mobile phone to fill out the application but got it done. It was much easier on the desktop at the office where i was moving to and would be the same on my laptop at home. The place is very clean and of course brand new and just love the color schemes. The personnel is very cordial and professional. Some of my issues is dealing with the lock ?? charge, it should ONLY be charged if you don't have one or have no plans on getting one. I have several from my previous storage units. The other issue is with insurance, this should be OPTIONAL. The first facility it wasn't required but moving to another facility it was required and charged until I get my own. What would be the reasons for getting insurance? ?? Lastly, the hours are ok, we have access up to 10pm, which is kind of early, would have liked until 11pm or before midnight. I haven't moved in yet so I'll leave my review here and will later do one when I'm moved in and been there awhile.
