We currently live with family as our financial situation is difficult, but because we cannot use the storage of our hosts, we were forced to rent a storage unit. After a few months, our rent was raised (which we thought odd, but I had this happen before with a separate company, so I knew this happened). We were disappointed but quickly forgot about it due to a new baby coming in. Well, this past May, we got another letter alerting us to another raise in rent. We really cannot afford for our storage to be one of our largest bills, so I called in to our store. The manager we spoke to, Kevin, immediately got to work on the issue and brought us down to nearly half of what we were told would be the new rent. Not only did he do his job, but he was also very kind, straightforward, and I got the sense he really understood from our perspective. As someone who had worked in customer service, I can say with confidence that he is one in a million and should be treated as such. Thank you Kevin!
