The staff can be hit or miss but on the whole have been accommodating and knowledgeable. The facilities on the other hand are usually pretty bad I've been storing here for over a year we started out with two bathrooms now there are none and the gates and doors break down constantly. The pricing usually starts out pretty good if you do an online deal but in many cases they double or even exceed 100% markup a few months later literally going from $80 to $180 from one month to the next because that's what the "market will bear". Good luck trying to get in contact with anybody from corporate I've tried for over a month to no avail. They just leave their employees dangling without being able to really answer any questions beyond what you see in the pamphlet. Even though they aren't great I've tried a few of the other facilities and sad to say they are better than the others so I guess that's saying something. Good luck!
