I wasn't able to be at my unit during the time of move-out, but Chris helped me co-ordinate it all and was able to be at my unit on my behalf when the movers arrived. I am so grateful for his patience and understanding. I had my belongings there for almost two years (without being able to even see them because I had moved) and when I received them from the moving company they were all clean and in perfect condition. I'd recommend Extra Space Storage any day and I will always be grateful to Chris!
