I had a positive experience with Extra Space Storage overall. The facility was secure, clean, and temperature controlled, which gave me confidence storing my belongings there. It’s a solid option if you need storage. The only reason I left was because the introductory rate expired and the monthly price increased. To be fair, it’s possible I overlooked that the lower price was temporary when I signed up. I had understood it as a discounted rate rather than a short-term promotional rate, so that may have been on me. Even so, the price increase was ultimately why I moved on. If pricing works for your budget, I’d still recommend them based on the quality of the facility and overall experience.
