This storage faculty is a scam. Every few months the rent goes up by at least $50. It started at about $150 a month in October 2025. In January I got a notice it was going up to 247 and today I got the 2nd notice that it’s going up again to $296!!! Yeah, great deals for new tenants…for the 1st few months. I’ll be contacting the better business bureau! Really slick to raise the rent twice in less than a year. After all my stuff is already in there. Oh and they took the “office”away so there is no one to ask for help. Bunch of con artists and grifters.8 months ago I left 5 stars. Right after I moved in. In 8 months I’ve had 2 rate increases.
