At this point, this doesn't feel like a storage service. It feels like customers are being trapped by a company that knows moving your belongings elsewhere is a hassle. How many more increases are customers expected to absorb? Where does it end? Because this isn't a minor adjustment—it's an outrageous escalation in the cost of storing the exact same belongings in the exact same space. I understand that prices change, but doubling the price in two years is unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency, fairness, and a reasonable explanation—not another price hike every few months. If this is how you treat loyal customers, don't be surprised when those customers start looking for the exit. Your storage unit may be the same size, but apparently the price has no ceiling.
