They (Butterfield location)called quickly after I reserved online and made the rest of the process very quick and easy. I had a good experience. I move a lot for work, and so far, extra space storage has been consistent and reliable everywhere I've gone.

Huge thank you to the GM Kevin & the lovely employee Marva for the awesome help today! I’ve had a unit here for over a year but wanted to move to a bigger unit, which I discovered online was less than what I was currently paying. I had just paid for my old unit a few days ago & decided to stop in to see if anything could be done for me. They were so kind and accommodating, making this process smooth & helping me save some money! Make sure to stop in and speak to a human, you’re bound to get more done this way!
