Well after reviewing these ratings which I wish would have read before I rented. I saw the same situation with me have happened to others in regards to the rental rate when you first rent which I was at $64 with an additional fee fpr mandatory insurance which brought my monthly total to $75. A few months past and I noticed charges of $105 on my bank statements. So I finally took the time to call management to see what was going on with the undisclosed rent increase. And the agent Brian said that I came in on a promotional rate and after a 4 months the rate increases. Im like what we'll Danielle (which was very nice) never told me anything about and increase and that the promotional price was a way to attract new renters. and rent would increase. Im like wow thats a very deceptive business practices on Extra Space Storage and the agents not informing Renters. I ask her specifically is there any other things a need to know about the monthly rental price and fees and she reassured me that there wasn't. I spoke to Brian because Danielle was out the office and he said he would look into it and see what he could do to resolve the issue and would get back to me in a week. So I'll be waiting to hear back from him. The price is higher than the last place I rented and couod have stayed there renting. I see from others that its common practice they use since its happenedto many others. Like the others warnings for new Renters (Buyer Beware) . I will update this post when I hear from Brian in a week or so.

i got the unit needing it for LONG term. the second month i was over charged i was told it would be 89$ a month the next month it went to 123…. paid that 3-4 months then it WENT UP AGAIN!!! to $155…. not worth the hassle shoulda found a cheaper place that wouldn’t over charge me monthly.
