They were super helpful replacing my broken lock and getting me back into my unit after it somehow ended up damaged. It’s not necessarily the most affordable storage I’ve ever rented, but their customer service is terrific! There was even an employee walking around to check for any signs of leaks after a rain so you can tell they work hard to keep everything in good shape.
