Be careful—my experience with this place was extremely disappointing. My roof was leaking, including the roof over my storage area, and they did not help or take any responsibility for the issue. When I complained, the woman at the front desk told me to file an insurance claim if I didn’t like it. Be very careful about the fees as well. I was charged unexpected fees, and my monthly rate was increased without proper notice. There are only two people working at the front desk, and Joe, the manager, was particularly difficult to deal with. He told me he would lower my fees, but then stopped returning my calls. In my experience, he repeatedly failed to follow through on what he promised. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are other places that will treat you with much more honesty, transparency, and accountability.

Avoid this place if possible. I did not have a good experience here. Don’t let Joe’s charm fool you. He doubled my rental fee, and now I have to rent the exact same unit, online, at the same location at a lower rate and move all of my belongings to a different unit just to get a reasonable price. The whole situation has been frustrating and unnecessarily complicated. I would recommend looking elsewhere before renting here.
