I cannot express my sincerest gratitude for this facility and the staff they employ. Communication is top notch. Ran into a minor incident in summer of last year while I was out of town and they went above and beyond to help mitigate some back and forth. Then just in these last two weeks… words cannot truly describe their customer service. I was preparing for my vehicle to be picked up and shipped. I could not be there for the mechanic visit to prep or the shipper for pickup, and they took my authorization to act allow access and possession of the keys with care and utmost professionalism. I received updates during both processes and timeliness of closeout for the space I rented. Should I ever move back into the area, or someone I know asks for a recommendation to store a vehicle, this will be the first place I will think of.
