Overall easy and excellent experience. Denise is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, kind, caring, and extremely helpful. The only negative is the rate can only be locked in for 6 months, it should be longer. I am a returning customer and had to pay the administrative fee of $29.00 again even though all of my information is in the system. The fee should be waived for returning customers if nothing has changed.
